Careers Australia established their Diploma of Nursing program in Adelaide, which has today grown to become the largest privately offered Diploma of Nursing program in the country.

More recently Careers Australia has opened their Hindmarsh Training Centre which offers a range of apprenticeships and traineeships for the automotive, construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors, as well as professional courses in business and management.
