Course Description: The Certificate III in Hospitality provides the skills and knowledge to work in a variety
of hospitality settings. There is no limit to the wide range of opportunities in the
dynamic world of the Hospitality Industry which spans the globe. This program, with
an emphasis on front-of-house food and beverage service, will allow you to perform
roles such as preparing and serving drinks at a bar, serving espresso coffee, serving
food and beverage at tables in restaurants and cafes.
