The Certificate III in Retail Operations provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a range of activities and functions required in a wide range of retail settings.

This qualification will provide you with the skills needed to work in settings such as specialty stores, supermarkets, department stores and retail fast food outlets. Throughout the course you will be taught point of service sales, provide product and service advice, sell products, and how to organise and maintain merchandising displays.
