Applying for an international course at Careers Australia is simple!

1. Find your desired course
- Use our Course Search to browse our range of international student programs.
- Please note that all of our international programs have strict entry requirements, so make sure you meet these or give us a call on +61 1300 887 696 to find out if there are any alternative study pathways before you go any further.
2. Confirm the course details and availability
- The capital cities of Australia are all excellent places to live, but they are all offer unique experiences to visitors and residents; boasting different cultural factors, architecture, lifestyle factors and regional offerings. Make sure your chosen course is offered in the city that you want to live and study in - and remember that your studies at Careers Australia may take you a couple of years, or even longer if you plan to articulate into a Bachelor Degree program with one of our partner universities.
- Check out the available intake dates for your chosen course and figure out when you want to start your Australian education experience.
- Visit the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) website to find out how you apply for a Student Visa and what requirements you need to satisfy.
3. Submit an application
4. Accept you Letter of Offer
- Once we process your application we will send you a formal Letter of Offer. You should read this document carefully and ensure that you agree to all of the terms and conditions before you accept it.
- When you accept your place, you need to make the initial payment for your studies with Careers Australia. Don't worry, this is the only payment that you need to give Careers Australia until you have started your studies.
5. Apply for your Student Visa
- Once we have processed your accepted Letter of Offer and received your initial payment, we will send you an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE).
- When you have your eCoE - and you have met any other DIAC requirements - you can apply for your Student Visa.
Congratulations, this is the final step in the application and approval process!
If DIAC approves your Student Visa then you can book your flights and start getting ready to study in Australia.
