Payment Information
Fees for international courses vary, but they can easily be found using the Course Search feature on this website. Enrolment and Tuition fees are generally broken down into four separate payments which are spread throughout the life of the course.
- First Payment
You must submit your initial payment before we issue your Confirmation of Enrolment, which is required for you to apply for an Australian Student Visa. This initial payment should include our standard enrolment fee, 25% of your course tuition fees, payment for your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), and any other additional services that you wish to purchase through Careers Australia which aren't included in our standard course offering. - Subsequent Payments
The remaining three tuition payments will be evenly spread through the life of your course and will each total 25% of your course tuition fees. - Overseas Student Health Cover
The Australian Government requires all international students to purchase OSHC for the duration of their studies in Australia for themselves and any spouse or dependants who will be travelling to Australia with them. This is to ensure that international students have cost effective access Australia's world class healthcare services if the need should arise during their time in the country.
Our Course Fees include:
- Facility and program orientations
- Tuition, tutorials and lectures
- Study guides
- Authorised supported materials and compulsory textbooks
- Student counselling and support
- Australian Culture, Language and Communication program
- Student identification card
- Overseas Student Health Cover (as itemised on Letter of Offer)
Additional Costs:
- Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) visa application/s and associated tests or activities
- Transport to Australia
- Travel within Australia (such as your travel to and from campus each day)
- Daily living expenses
- Off-campus excursions
- Stationery (books, pens, photocopying etc)
- Re-attendance of classes or assessments, if you do not successfully complete them on your first attempt
- Recognition of Prior Learning application (refer to the course handbook)
- Replacement study guides or program learning materials
- Uniforms and specific tools (such as knives for a chef)
